One of the best parts of working with Frank was that we never felt pressured or like he was trying to persuade us to make a decision. He was more of a sage guide to help us find the right home, but without making any particular endorsements. Of course he offered suggestions and solutions where applicable, but it was clear our happiness was his ultimate goal.
